Happy Wellness Wednesday Reader! 🌷 As the season changes, it’s the perfect time to refocus and realign with what truly matters: your wellness. Yesterday I did something I've been feening to do for the past month now, I spent uninterrupted time in nature. I went to the park with my yoga mat and just laid there. I felt so good to unplug from the hustle of the first part of my day and to refuel and refocus for the second half. It was just what the doctor ordered!☀️ Today, I want to share three essential strategies to not only look but feel amazing as we step into the vibrant spring season.
