Quick story, I remember back in 2017-2018 hearing a lot of mindset coaches speak about setting your intention, but I wasn't really sure what that meant or what it looked like. Fast forward, after much personal and professional development NOW I understand how important it is to be intentional with your thoughts, words and actions. Being intentional is about crafting the blueprint of your day with purpose and positivity.

Here’s how:

  1. Visualize Your Ideal Day: Imagine the mood, the vibes, and the environment you want to immerse yourself in. 🌈
  2. Identify Your Motivators: What drives you? What sparks that inner fire? πŸ”₯
  3. Define Your Actions: What do you want to accomplish today? Choose a task, a hobby, or an act of self-love. πŸ“
  4. Focus on Your Flow: Be specific about the ease, abundance, and positivity you want to invite in. Remember, what you focus on, you attract. ✨
